Location couldn't be better. Conveniently attached to the terminal building, so you never have to go outside. Lots of places to eat in the terminal building. We didn't even make it to Haneda Garden to explore all the shops and restaurants there! It was perfect for a one night stay to recover from our flight. The flight arrived in the early evening, so it saved us the time and effort to travel to a hotel in the city while in a jet-lagged state. Front desk staff was very gracious and helpful. Helped us with checking in on the terminals, and also provided valuable assistance when we had trouble connecting with our driver the following morning.

Having stayed in both Royal Park and Villa Fontaine this trip, RP was definitely our preference. I would say that both are fantastic but if you're travelling with those who have mobility issues, RP is definitely better (next to check in desks and the property is far smaller so less walking!). Even the small doubles have bath tubs, which again, was appreciated after a long day of train travel. VF is great on paper and onsen attached is v nice but if you are unlucky like me, it was 5min to the lift lobby and 10min to the onsen, at which point you might as well stay in RP and start from there!

It’s literally in terminal 3 - you cannot get any closer to being in the airport. We had a 1 min walk to our check in desk. You can use a trolley for all your luggage right to your room door and they’re left by the lifts so you can use them in the morning in the airport. Staff were friendly and check in / check out quick. Bed was comfy and minimal noise from the airport. Room was also larger than average so plenty of room for suitcases.

Rebecca

You couldn’t really get a closer hotel unless it was built on the runway. The foyer is in the corner of Terminal 3 check-in area. The rooms are functional and more than adequate for a short stay.

Robert

Great location within the airport departure terminal. Big rooms with lots of space and amenities. Friendly staff with easy check-in and check-out procedures
